Experience and constant research into technological innovation of the firm Montresor have culminated in the construction of a new bullnose edge polisher for the mass production of workpieces up to 80mm in thickness.
Two precutting wheels allow to execute preliminary cuts for bullnose edges with diamond tools. This inverter commanded unit also allows the use of abrasives to polish the bevels of flat edges.
A simple and innovative movement system allows the shaping of many profiles without the use of any particular and expensive moving parts. 2 frontal units execute the shaping of bullnose edges from 15-80mm or the polishing of straight edges until 80mm.
Six moving frontal units execute the polishing flat, slanted, bullnose edges and all combined profiles available in the machine's work programmes.
The conveyor belt is guided and runs over a wear-resistant stainless steel surface for its full length, close to the pressure units. In this way maximum stability of the slab during the job is obtained.
2+2 bevelling units allow the polishing of small bevels of straight edges.
Simplified use and adjustments of profiles, blind cuts and partial polishing through an easy to use touch screen panel.
